Bounded window 2026-10-12..2027-01-10; on terminal outcome it writes VERIFICATION.json/REPORT_TO_CHATGPT.md, sends ONE notification through the existing SMTP authority, then self-retires through the native cron.jobs API and reads the retirement back.
