每天中午 13:20 把 Discovery 觀察管線截至當下記錄到的生命週期事件，整理成正式候選快照與前瞻影子紀錄寫入資料庫；當天沒有有效正式候選時就完全安靜不做事。

Read only the observed Discovery lifecycle events already persisted in /Users/exion/.hermes/data/investment.db at or before the 13:20 cutoff, write the canonical entry snapshot and prospective shadow capture, and remain silent when no valid Formal lifecycle exists. Never collect new Shioaji snapshots, execute scan_breakout_shioaji.py or breakout_pipeline.py, send Telegram, place orders, read production trading configuration, or enable auto-order. Keep production_enabled=false and auto_order_enabled=false.…
