Read only the observed Discovery lifecycle events already persisted in /Users/exion/.hermes/data/investment.db at or before the 13:20 cutoff, write the canonical entry snapshot and prospective shadow capture, and remain silent when no valid Formal lifecycle exists. Never collect new Shioaji snapshots, execute scan_breakout_shioaji.py or breakout_pipeline.py, send Telegram, place orders, read production trading configuration, or enable auto-order.
