請執行每日 Hermes Agent 生態系情報掃描（台灣時間 19:00，單一合併日報），從以下四個來源彙整：

1️⃣ **Reddit 熱門話題**（credential 已就緒）
   - `python3 ~/.hermes/scripts/reddit.py search "Hermes Agent" --limit 5`
