TH-0091 canary 晨間驗證（one-shot，2026-09-28 07:15）。完全 read-only：不得修改任何 job、不得改排程、不得重新啟用／停用任何服務、不得建立新 job、不得執行 rollback（rollback 只建議、不執行）。只做檢查與報告。

【背景】2026-09-27 晚間完成三項變更，本 job 驗證其夜間結果：
1. legacy ai.hermes.cron-ticker 已 bootout（controlled retirement canary，觀察至 09-28 06:30）——gateway 內建 scheduler 應獨立承擔全部排程。
2. 定錨 06:30 job（3fb17e0423ac）已改為 no_agent（script=dingmao_cron_notify.sh），輸出輕量事實通知（不再有 LLM 位階消化）。
3. F3/F4 v4 healthcheck 已部署；stale git index.lock 已清除（nightly-auto-commit 應恢復正常）。
4. 排程器 no_agent regression（尾逗號）已於 09-27 19:18 修復並重啟生效。

【檢查步驟（每項輸出實際值）】
1. ticker 缺席確認：`launchctl list | grep cron-ticker`（應只剩 logrotate 一行且無 PID）；`pgrep -f cron_ticker.py`（應為空）。
2. heartbeat：`cat ~/.hermes/cron/ticker_heartbeat`；算出 age（now - hb，應 < 200 秒）。
3. 夜間排程執行（09-27 22:55 之後）：`sqlite3 ~/.hermes/cron/executions.db "SELECT substr(claimed_at,1,19), job_id, status, pid FROM executions WHERE claimed_at > '2026-09-27T22:55:00' ORDER BY claimed_at;"`——統計 completed 與 failed 數量；**列出任何 failed**；確認 pid 欄全為 gateway 進程（可 `pgrep -f 'hermes_cli.main gateway'` 對照）。
4. 06:30 定錨（3fb17e0423ac）：`ls -t ~/.hermes/cron/output/3fb17e0423ac/ | head -3`；讀最新檔案內的 **Status** 行與內容——應為「輕量通知（📋 定錨 06:30 增量…）」或「Status: silent (empty output)」；若出現舊式位階摘要（NOW/NEXT/LATER 消化）或 unpack 錯誤，標記異常。
5. nightly-auto-commit（7ff16f5580f6）：09-27T23:30 的執行應 completed（git lock 已清）；若仍 error 讀其錯誤。
6. 23:10 定錨知識層（62d2f3b474e7）：09-27T23:10 執行應 completed。
