It gates engine/contract/producer byte identity, the E7 formal scheduler contract and a read-only production DB readback; captures the arm-time Runner book as baseline; detects a baseline Runner that naturally completes its Runner leg (E7_RUNNER_TRAIL_NEXT_OPEN -> CLOSED). It never persists a formal artifact, never writes the production DB, never touches the broker or AUTO_ORDER, and never creates or forces a Runner sample. Bounded window 2026-10-12..2027-01-10; on terminal outcome it writes VERIFICATION.json/REPORT_TO_CHATGPT.md, sends ONE notification through the existing SMTP authority, then self-retires through the native cron.jobs API and reads the retirement back.
